Buying online is simple. Here's what you do:
Browse through the Jon Pumper online collection and select the size of the threads you'd like to buy ("Small", "Medium", "Large" or "X-Large"). Sadly, if product sizes aren't highlighted they've been sold out and aren't available for online purchase. But never fear - just check your nearest registered Jon Pumper stockist for that specific style and size. You'll find store locations under the "stockist" link.
Once you've selected a size, a new browser window of the Paypal online payment basket will open and there you'll find your purchase information. To return and grab another item, just click on "Continue Shopping" and you'll be taken back to our online collection. To proceed to payment, select "Secure Checkout" on the Paypal page and you'll be guided through the transaction process.
Paypal is a reputable and secure third-party online payment processing provider. Jon Pumper says "please read carefully their terms and conditions in regards to privacy (or, if you can't read, have someone read them to you)".
After your payment is processed via Paypal, an automatically generated email will be sent to you ("the buyer") and Jon Pumper ("the seller"), and the goods processed and sent to your address. If you don't receive this email, please contact the Jon Pumper team and we'll sort it out.
Regular domestic orders take 4 to 7 business days for delivery, whilst international orders take 9 to 12 (but it'll be worth it). For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review and, from time-to-time, this may cause a slight hold-up in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Shipping and handling charges are displayed during the Paypal transaction processing and are based on the total cost of your order.
