Jon Pumper takes great pride in its quality of workmanship and fit. Each item has been individually treated in order to maintain its ‘vintage’ appearance and, as such, it’s only natural that each garment may slightly vary in appearance. Processes such as stone washing and distressing of each garment will inevitably reduce its natural life compared to garments that have not undergone such treatment. To maximise garment life, Jon Pumper recommends each garment be washed according to instructions located on care label.

All weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products online, including the applicable colours, however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

Jon Pumper endeavours to provide you with the best online experience, and it's important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us, indicating the reason for the return and stating your email proof of purchase. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.

Jon Pumper must be notified of the product issue within 7 days of the delivery date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). This does not of course mean you can't try it on for size.  Upon inspecting the returned item and being satisfied of the abovementioned conditions for return, Jon Pumper will credit online purchases if the product(s) are not to the satisfaction of the purchaser. Alternatively, you can make an exchange for an item of the same or lesser value. Jon Pumper can't always guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal and, therefore, limited. [If you would like to exchange for a different size.]

Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer. The issue of a credit note for a replacement garment is not an absolute right and will not be made until the garment has been inspected by a Jon Pumper representative.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
